This guy showed up at the end of clinic without a number. He asked if we had an injection for him. I asked him why? He took his hand out of his jacket and I understood why. Somehow, he ended up with a severely infected had that was loosing skin due to so much swelling. I didn't have an injection, but I gave him a course of some strong antibiotics.
